Starting Oct. 28, 2025, RI state law requires your medical card and government ID be from the same state to purchase medical cannabis.
Example: If you have a California medical card but a Rhode Island driver’s license, you will not be able to buy medical cannabis. However, you will still be able to purchase from our recreational/adult-use menu.
