The Slater Center is now offering online ordering and expanded hours to provide our patients with safe, convenient and efficient access to high-quality medical cannabis while reducing potential exposure to coronavirus (COVID-19).
Those already registered as patients, caregivers and authorized purchasers are now able to place orders on our website (www.slatercenter.com/menu). These will be available for pickup within 30 minutes during regular business hours. Any order not picked up within three hours of confirmation is subject to cancellation. Please note: any order received after 5:30 pm weekdays or after 3 pm weekends will be processed the following day.
We also have expanded our business hours. We’re now open from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. All in-person orders must be placed using express kiosks located on the ramp leading into the dispensary. Assistance is available for those who need it. The orders will then be prepared for pickup inside.
Online and kiosk ordering is available only for people already registered as patients, caregivers and authorized purchasers with the Slater Center. No new patients can use these services until they are registered with the Slater Center.
We will accept new patient registrations after 10:30 a.m. until the close of business each day. We ask that new patients download and complete the Patient Registration Form on our website (found under the Welcome tab on slatercenter.com) to help speed the registration process.
These are just some of the changes we’re implemented to help protect our patients and employees from the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition to regularly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, we also are restricting the number of people inside the dispensary and encouraging social distancing in response to executive orders from federal, state and local officials.
We’re also asking for YOUR help in helping to keep everyone safe.
- If you’re sick or have been exposed to illness, please stay home.
- Practice “social distancing” – allow at least six feet between you and others
- Wash your hands. We have installed hand sanitizer throughout the dispensary.
- Have patience. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience you may experience as a result of these important and necessary changes.
